also ao has a static electricity problem that makes it hard to see what you are doing. silicon carbide is a little more expensive, but worth it. no static build up and discharge and it doesn't break down like ao.

not sure exactly what you are looking for here. looks like you are off to a good start. keep at it and you will find what you are looking for. maybe not right away, but you will get there.

do you mean to say that the "chatter" noise happens when the material feeds? not when the cutter is moving left or right? sounds like the stepper motor or motor driver. just a guess.

Is anyone using Windows 7 64 bit with these files? I have tried all the downloads in this topic and after the UK patch and the other fix I no longer have any US Cutter cutters listed. Up until I got this new computer I was able to get the count to stop with certain versions of SBE. I dont need any extra features and I dont mind the trial mode button but the counter has to go. Any suggestions?
win7 32 bit here. works great.

all we really need to do, is find someone who could get into the pro/hotshot trial version and unlock it's outputs. we already have the full working versions, they just don't have the output functions.

in that video the vinyl should have been cut mirrored and applied to the bottom of the screen so the squegee would have no effect. and if you want to see how to do it properly, check out the videos at ryonet.

or you can split the objects and then delete at will...

when you are in the "print" window in sbe, hit the "f1" key. this will bring up all the "print" related help files. read through the file on the "fit" button. then soon you will be printing like a pro.

i think you are bumming on the .sm files. i don't know of any software that will even open that format. too bad you did not save as eps.

what i do to avoid this problem, is to create subfolders for eps and ai files so the two do not intermingle.

i have it on 2 win 7 machines, works great on both.

not sure what your problem is. i tried it by typing a lower case and an upper case j, then performed an expand function on them and it worked for me.
