As Macon said you can only use light colors I do most shirt in ash and they come out well. You could do it however it depends if you can print bigger than the 8 1/2" x 14" most of the smaller Ricoh printers print. You could have someone like Scott dakotagrafx print the transfers for you and you could press them onto poly shirts ...

On my titan2 at work I had to replace the USB port. Plugging and unplugging the cord caused it to come loose. USCutter sent me a replacement fairly quickly. If the part is cheap, I would try replacing it. if you have to buy a new cutter, invest in a good machine. It is worth it.

Usually when something like that happens you can delete SB and reinstall it to fix the issue. You will not lose any of your files that way ...
If the ones you download arent EPS files you can try importing them as EPS files also
