No I don't think you could use a standard foam from the hobby store. Unless it was able to withstand hi heat. I think it is a neoprene foam

Welcome from Montana.

Not bad if some else wants them more sell them. Cant do much till the wife gets paid. Spent all my money on a cup order i need to get out.

I feel we need to rise up and buck the system. LOL I ordered from USC and was 10 for shipping through FEDex that was 1 ten yard roll of vinyl and 108 mugs at over 100lbs. I order from Conde 3 phone cases at less then 1/2 lb costs me 20 bucks through UPS. I was going to order the cups from them to but the shipping was $187 through UPS.
-
what about a trip to the local box store to get shirts
-
well add up the l x w of the roll + shipping then divide by the cost that will tell you what it is a inch or foot. then add your profit margin.

yes the clear is way thicker then paper. At least all of mine is .

from the corners of the test cut square the offset may be low like one off said - but offset has nothing to do with finishing cuts if the rest of the machine is properly adjusted.. you can add a bit more in the overcut to get it to finish the cut. is your scalp updated to the most current version - lots of issues with scalp on things like this - how does the test cut from the cutter directly look - not the one you made in scalp?Yeah my bad not the offset but the overcut where the blade cuts past the starting point.
-
looks like some of the trouble is the off set is to low. That will keep it from finishing the cut.

But Glad to hear you had a good experience with them Knucklehead

Have to agree with Banner John. I packed a large box headed to Detroit. They told me the postage was wrong for a large priority box so they repack it in a large box which is 1 inch bigger. Sends the my wife back out with packing material left over. Customer gets his package opens it and what does he see.. Nice thing was it did get there fast. The postmaster packed it handles out. The way i had it packed there was no way for them to break short of smashing the box.

HP9000 not sure of the details but the ad has a number to call. They also have a HP800 for 2900.00 and several others.

For a friend yeah 100 is fair. also look at the number it is a bit low to read well bring it up a bit closer to the body line and make it a inch or so taller. maybe pull the words up a bit closer to the upper body line as well. Just my 2 cents. I run about 7$ a foot for vinyl and a 25$/hr instal fee. but i have no real over head till later this year.

For sure no screens and i would give the money back. Plus i think i would charge her for the first screens and time in the order.

Give Cobra a ring they can help you get set up. Conde has a couple of starter kits that run like 75$. But the Poly fabric is a great idea
-
He could have gotten a new phone or number. and I would just redo the number and move on.

That is awesome arty-rc

I have a couple of them have to try it

Maybe it was in the big Fedex crash the other day, i forget where it was but was reading on the Tow forums about one. But still to crush that roll that is insane.
