yes regular vinyl i used sem paint the i get at a body shop.

i made about 6 to 10 cell phone covers.

i sale the kit thay go for 399.99 it comes with the gel and the tools u need to apply it. and when u run out of gel it cost 19.99 a tub.

yes there are u cut them out of vinyl the put a gel over them. i customized the scion dragen from the ying yang dragun decal i seen on ebay and sold them fo 14.99 on ebay. here is some more pics
