How do I change the Text format from Vertical or horizonital text. I'm looking to change text format into something like pic attached. Thanks in advance

Ok Obviously I'm retarded so I saved the item to my puter. Opened it, and tried to cut it out. Well it says its a BITMAP file and cannot cut file. What do I need to do???
