Thanks! I will try this. I found older postings and tried their suggestions but the jagged line still appears.

Our laserpoint will randomly cut a jagged line when cutting a straight line. It does not do this on curved shapes, letters etc. When I recut the project it typically will cut the jagged line in the same place as it did in the previous cut. A while back someone mentioned in the forum to tape a few pennies on top of the tightening knob next to the blade. I did this and it helped but the problem is back and the pennies do not seem to help anymore. Has anyone had this problem and determined the fix? I can not find the old post that mentioned this issue. Thanks for any advice!! Jack
