Hi guys, I'm having your same problem except that my plotter works intermittently, it works for a couple of prints then it gets stuck on "load media" and so on. A tech came to check it and said I have to replace the main board (I'm in Australia and it would cost $760 plus $187 to mount it...) Did changing the board work for you? Do you have any update??
