I have 2 Wave Venture Jet Ski's and I am re-doing the decals on them. I want to keep the font as close to the same as possible. Help

I use Signblazer to cut all my projects. When it cuts a design (Letters or Pictures) It does not connect the lines just right, So the decal looks crappy in that one spot, which makes my decals low quality looking... Is there a way to re-align the cutter, or will changing the speed or something on the cutter help? Please help! Thank You!

I got a call from a trucking company, And they want some Decal Sign's for outside to show the truckers where to go. What do I put the Vinyl on to stand up against Snow, Rain, Wind, Etc. Like what type of backing and stand. I want it to look nice so he will recommend me to other people. Thank You!
