Can someone walk me through on where to go, and how to change my offset settings? Please... step by step. :help:
Since I purchased the machine, many times when I cut text lettering, I have a few letters they don't cut fully at the edge. I have a bid out right a job that requires small text, and I'd like to get it setup correctly, so I don't making myself go crazy... I just want my customer to have a quality product!

I know this is a little old, but I checked mine this evening and they were
X scale = 25795
Y scale = 25858
Should they both be 25858?

BTW... do yourself a favor, and buy some vinyl and application tape now. So when the cutter arrives, you'll have something to play with.

Look Next to the Home Button, If you clicked that little arrow box it would close out that info box, if thats the case just click it down and it will put it back

Jst curious, what happened to the links at the top that would show a user any threads that he/she posted in that had replies, and the link for unread/new thread since a users last visit to the site?
I thought maybe I just didn't see it cause I was on my iPhone, but I don't see them from my laptop as well?!?!

Cutting your name on that big of vinyl I would cut it at probably 24IPS so 8 is definitely alright. Make sure your middle wheel is not between the 2 rollers.
Made that mistake once...

Most likely because the logos/images are in .eps format
View them through you software that comes with the cutter. In the meantime, you can dowload the trial version of SB for free.
