Haven't posted anything for some time now, been busy with our kitchen remodel and a few other things. But rest assured, things are getting back to normal, so I'll try to update a little more regularly. This fire dept. contacted me in regards to a vehicle that was going to auction, and they wanted the reflective vinyl removed. From 2 previous experiences, I know I didn't want to deal with this, but knew if I took the job, it could lead to many many others. Ended up taking just a hair over 4 hours, breaks included. <edited because I posted images to be shared with the USC forum members, not the entire ebay community>

I've watched some parts of it before, but have never done a circuit. Currently, a few guys on my shift at the FD and I have been doing some MMA training circuit while on duty. It's some off the wall/wild stuff, but holy crap does it work... my abs and core muscles are loving it! At my last physical I went from 174lbs with 9.6 body fat to 155lbs with 6.5 body fat... just in time for summer and floatin' the river in the Texas heat!

I won't get into details but John departure isn't a result from Ken leaving. Please don't start thinking up all kinds of ideas/stories/rumors... that'll only make things worse. Thanks.
