Ive been looking for a large collection of the Stick Figure Family ones. And I am really only finding one collection on ebay that is like $20 and says it has over 400. But there isn't a really good way to see what ones it has. I want to get some that have standard family, Military, Zombie...You know the good ones =) Any ideas where I can purchase these? I'm tired of using the "Its our tape" from the local provider....Im tired of when applying that the decal doesn't stay on the tape and constantly having to put it back down and rubbing it over and over with a squeegee just to get it to stick. I use 651 Vinyl 95% of the time. In your opinion whats the best tape? Thanks Carlcas

So we are newer to the Screen Printing business...We purchased a 4 Color single Station Press, with a Conveyor to do the curing. What I am trying to do is this... Is there a way to break down exactly what it costs to do a shirt? I mean someone has had to do this before right =) The reason I am doing this is because we are setting up a deal with the pressman, That we will pay for all the materials and stuff...and we will pay him 50% of the profit. So we need to know what it costs to make the shirts so we can figure the actual profits out...so we can share them with him. Any ideas? Anyone broke this down before? Im too new to know how many avg shirts you can print with a quart of ink, how many screens you usually get out of a container of emulsion...that stuff =) Any help would be greatly appreciated. I appologize if this has been asked before...But I didnt see it. I have FlexiStarter..and a US Cutter Vinyl Cutter... I would like to know if there is an easy way to make 2 layer race car numbers right in Flexi.... Right now I make 2 different files in adobe illustrator and then try to size and lay them in Flexi and cut...Seems like kind of a pain in the butt. I am hoping there is a way I could choose a font in Flexi...Type the number...Make it outline the number in black..and then help me cut them so I can use crop marks. Yes it will work. And you can do some limted design in Flexi Starter... There are tons of tutorial videos online..Just do some searches. Flexi is more powerful then most think or give it credit for. Carlcas

I have the starter version of Flexi..and have ran into an annoying problem. (Likely me not the program.) I dont know what the correct name to call the icon or arrow so I will explain. There are two select arrows you choose from the tools on the upper left...One is to select lots of stuff, the other is to select individual things. When I select the one for individual...It lets me pick one thing...then it auto switches back to the first one. Sometimes I want to select one thing then another then another, but it makes me have to go back and choose the tool each time... Is this just me? =) Thanks in advance for any help or input.
