Embroidery is the best option. You could press vinyl on a blank patch then sew it on the beanie, but it would be very labor intensive.

which vinyl can you put on your walls?

Good to see some quality recycling. Looks great! Have you considered adding some thin paper to the underside of the glass to dim the light a bit? Would make it a bit easier on the eyes... Either way, good idea and great job..

I damaged my usb hub on my cutter during a move. Posted on here I needed help. Kenimes replied the same day telling me to take it out an send it in. I did so and in a couple weeks had my new part and was back up and running...Pretty good service if you ask me...

I had a friend ask for something like this....thanks Fader....

you need to post the file as a .jpg so it is easy to view.

I got the Epson R1800 13x19. If you don't invest in the bulk ink system you can't afford to use it. Bad thing about the Epson is it doesn't have a PS driver, so you got to buy a RIP to make halftones for screen printing.

Was it still discolored when it cooled down? When I run tees through my screen printing dryer they change color a bit where the heat was applied and go back to normal when they cool off. If your shirt turned yellowish brown your press is burning them.... -
Yeah, I was just kidding around...Call the ink manufacturer you use and they should be able to supply you with a mixxing guide.

Fill a small container with white. Add a dab of red. Stir. Keep adding to get the desired color of pink...It ain't rocket science....

Have you thought about what you will do when you have a late sign up. They are going to want a shirt to match the rest of the team. This is a big enough pain when you do the work in house, but if you outsource the work chances are they will refuse. Just giving you my experience of dealing with ballteams.....

Midwaste is right...you take this job, you asking for trouble... I would avoid this order like the plague... This order has the stench of YMCA all over it....lol

Never been to the KC show. Heard from the Barudan dealer it is a smaller show. If your close I would stop by and check it out. 4 1/2 hr drive for me. One of these years I'm going to the vegas show. Lots of other stuff to do while your there, and its a good tax deduction.

I center on seam, but either way is ok.

I try and use the best quality garments. Yeah it costs a bit more, but I never get any complaints with the finished product.

Read this, it will be eaiser than me trying to explain it... http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-ringspun-fabric.htm

I screen print, and there are to many factors involved to have a set price, unless its a single color print. Get all the details of every order. Then bid it.

Your wanting "Ringspun Cotton" Hanes Beefy T is what I prefer.

I have used Broder, Staton, Virgina Tees, S&S, etc.. The list goes on and on... Broders website sucks, and thats how I like to order.... Virgina tees is a three day ship to me, so there out....Staton has a great site and great resources like custom flyers you can send to your customers, but they break it off in your you know what with shipping. S&S has been the best with few problems..One day ship..They tend to bargain on large orders of 500 pieces or more, but you got to talk to the right person....Customer service are robots that have no authority to do anything but take orders and bill you. I tend to send flyers from Staton and order from S&S. Hope this helps...
