when i try to use some of the tools i get this message " can not perform this operation on a bitmap image" but when i change it to monochrome I still get the same message. how to i get an imported image to a point i can cut?

during the cutting process cutter stopped in about the same place both times i tried to cut a simple text sign. cutter window says that it is still cutting but it is not. cutter is refine mh721, any ideas?

yes this my first time with this program and ita a new cutter. I am using an usb connection because i dont have the pin conn on my laptop. i have the driver disc and according to the checks i do it says my device is working properly

can not open the output device. error initializing cutter. that is what i get when i try to send a job to my cutter. any idea how to fix, or what i am doing wrong?
