These corners should be sharp corners. What do I adjust to fix the blade from cutting weird. I just switched to a new laptop and a new program. I'm using Sure Cuts A Lot 5

[My Tripplite Keyspan won't work]

My tripplite keyspan is showing up under the usb and com ports in sure cuts a lot, but when I press cut, the popup screen just saying initiating and it freezes and nothing happens with the cutter. When I press test connection nothing happens either. I've installed the drivers for laserpoint 2 and the keyspan... help!

[Could I use usb to com cord?]

My usb port on the cutter is super loose and doesn't keep a continuous connection, and I don't have a com support on my laptop. Could I use a usb to com cord? Thanks in advance!
