For USB to serial, a Tripplite Keyspan Adapter is the way to go. That is the brand name and the one that works with vinyl cutters...You will need a null modem cable also. Tripp lite connects to USB on computer, then null modem connects to Tripp lite, then other end to you cutter. Tripp lite has it's own driver. Find the best price.
