@slice&dice Thank you. I have the driver installed, having issues now with communication. (have used SB for several years) wont find my USB . Downloaded a trial of another program and can get the machine to cut vinyl . So now I am trying to figure out why it will not find the USB in the program. Signwarehouse instructions show that everything on my end computer wise and driver wise is correct for USB connection

I am also looking for the redsail driver. The two links on redsails site are dead. I did sent them a message looking for the driver to be used with signblazer and with a R-series II plotter
-
These both show that the link is dead. Part of the issue I am having with signblazer elements. I did reinstall it with a link from the 1st page of this tread from 2017 and that worked but driver didnt install

The driver files will not open from their site. I sent them a email to see if they could send me the redsail driver

Its the R-series II by vinyl express which usually cuts from Signblazer elements as a Redsail. Am using a USB connection

I think that is the issue. When I go under Device and printers it shows that there is an issue with the machine. I click troubleshoot and states that it is missing the driver. where do I find the USB chipset driver? Weird Ive use the same computer for years and now it seems like it lost the driver out of no where

I have signblazer elements on 3 computers and have been using it for 3-4 years now. Connected to R32 Rseries plotter (have 2 of these) For some reason on all 3 computers and both machines the computer will not find the cutter. Usually under Setup, then Redsail RS720c or any it will show up as USB 3 and bunch of wording. If I unplug the USB and plug it in, it makes noises like the computer sees it. I even went and manually deleted all stored USB off the computer and let it reinstall. I did use the link above you guys posted, even went and reinstalled the driver (MH) and still nothing. Any help would be great. I also own a SUMMA and can get it to cut with all 3 computers

Not sure if there was a thread already I tried to search but didn't see what I need. I have sign blazer elements which ive been using for 2+ years now with my uscutter plotter. I have a Summa d60 as a backup and I have the choice to choose that cutter under the Setup in signblazer. I can not get it to cut from signblazer using a usb cord. It acts like the cutter is not attached to the computer. I did download the software from Summa to use with CorelDraw which I can get to cut but I am unable to tell CorelDraw what my vinyl workspace is .

I am a newbie to the group and did do some searching before posting but couldn't find the answer I was looking for. I know 45 degree blade should have an offset at 0.25 and the 60 degree blade should have an offset at 0.50 Do you guys recommend the blade to cut in the Normal , Clockwise or Counter Clockwise rotation or does it not really matter?? I put a new blade in 45 and 60. speed is all the way down and blade depth and pressure are fine. Roland cutter blade is out of the holder about 1/2 of the width of the thickness of a credit card I am having issues with text not closing and not being square which I believe is a offset issue. I am cutting squares and marking each square with each setting I increase the offset by .05 With a 60 degree blade at .5 it has the best 90 degrees of the square except the top left is not closing and cutting in slightly towards the center DID ATTACH A PIC of the cutting with the blade offset changes . don't mind the writing I was writing upside down!!
