    DTG printing on Darks

Anyone out here do DTG on darks? I have a contract order of about 35 shirts I need to sub out. Please PM me or email me at d.friedrich@creativedropprinting.com Thank you
  2. As far as paying someone to do it, I have hired a guy on personally to maintain all my stuff. Its cheaper then constantly paying a freelancer plus hes a great graphic artist. Anyways if you're gonna pay someone I can hook you up with him here is a couple sites he did http://www.usprotectiveservice.com/ http://luxuryextrememotorsports.com/ I dont sell website design through my company but he does freelance work on the side. Shoot me a pm if needed

  4. So, as the market goes the business and looks like I have to get into rhinestones... Anyways so I intend to cut my templates through a Roland Gx-300 and just not sure if the $300 difference for Roland R-ware software is really going to be worthwhile. Pros I see for R-ware >Familar with overall software (currently I used all rolands on cutstudio and illustrator plugin) Im sure rware will have tweaks but the interface looks the same >Created for rolands so I'd imagine less headaches >Inventory and estimating tools Cons >Not 100% sure if the gx-300 will even work with it (software says designed for gx24 but I am waiting to hear back from Roland on that) >$499 instead of $199 >Doesnt seem like many people use it so Idk if I have issues there will be alot of community support. Any SCALP users out there who do rhinestones? Love to hear some feedback on it, also the software in general if I import .eps files can I convert them into stone designs in the softwares? Clean cutting paths? Overall ease of use? Thanks

How many shirts you have on hand?

Slowly built mine as well, started with basic shirts then added specialty in limited colors and now I have about 20 styles each with 8-13 colors in all sizes. Sucks for taxes to have all the money sitting there but its just one hit then you move on.

    Screen Printing info wanted

Pretty experienced Screen Printer here.. Mopar is 100% correct autos are too much machine for most operations. 6x4 is a great starter press- make sure you get a solid machine though, I can speak from expereince here paying the extra couple thousand is very worth it. Make sure it has micro adjustments and can handle larger screens (if you plan on getting into all overprinting) Spend the money on a solid exposure unit as well screen exposure is where at least half of the problems you will have printing come from. Halagen is the way to go imo but Ive heard good things about the new LED units hitting the markets. If you plan on doing any waterbase or discharge printing be sure to get a dryer with at least a 6ft tunnel. Depending on how you do it and how much time you have to seek out used equipment you may be able to get away spending 15-20k on a solid pro entry level set up obviously it can be done significantly less my first set up cost about 2k before I bought a belt dryer which was almost almost 8k itself.
  8. Would be needing this done, shoot me an email if possible d.friedrich@creativedropprinting.com Thanks

    perforating cuts

Funny i came here for the same exact issue with my GX 24. Mine is definitely getting used about 4-6 hours a day but I bought this brand new last march so I am going to see if I can get it under warranty. Let me know if you have any success I hear my motor making a funny noise when this happens.
  11. Need it fastish, Ill ship you the shirts and since this is a small order I have a nice budget. Please PM me as I do not check this often enough. Thank you
