PCut will not plot

HELP!!!!!

I cannot get my PCUT to work at all.

When I first set it up in July everything worked fine through the USB.

I have had to reformat my computer and when I reinstalled the plotter it will not work.

Can someone help please.

I have the serial connector also, please give me instruction on how to set up on the serial port.

If you use the serial cable,you shouldn't have to do much...just chose com1 (or whatever com it has assigned to it. Set your baud rate to match the cutter,others ettings as you had them...and you should be good to go.
