Ariti 2 Posted August 14, 2008 Hello, I'm new to forums, so it took me awhile to figure out how to post my Hello. I 'm still not certain that I'm posting in the correct area. Anyway, I'm starting a home based business, Specializing in Heat Transfers and Screenprinting. After cutting several designs by hand I decided that I needed to research cutters/plotters. I don't know much about cutters (other than they have to be easier than cutting by hand so I don't know which one to purchase. I need to cut outside and inside of my designs. I need something that can do detail cuts. Is that possible? Now here's the punch line , I'm working with a small budget. I would appreciate any suggestions.
