Michelleshep 0 Posted January 20, 2022 Ok, so new to this site, we have tried everything, the spooler is the issue and will not cut. The cutter cuts fine from VMP as a test cut, and when we test it in Devices, but as soon as the spooler comes up we go to cut, an error window pops up titled CutSpoolerVm3.exe and the message is "an error occurred in the application" and a bug report says EAccessViolation. in module cutspoolervm3.exe. Is this a windows issue? I've seen another thread with the same error, but theirs was a driver/plug in issue. ours is not, the cutter works. the spooler does not. HHAAALLLPPP ME.
