timshaw64 0 Posted July 14, 2015 Hi Guys Hope someone can help ! Updated to Illustrator CS6 in my IMAC also updated to cutting master CS3. The Graphtec cutter is connected using a KEYSPAN USB to Serial convertor Using CS4 and CM2 the cutter connects abd cuts without any problems. In CS6 and CM3 the cutter will not connect / sync. My questions are..... Is the FC3100 compatible with CM3 ? Do I need to update the FC3100 firmware ? Although the cutter works OK vis CS4 and CM3, do i need to update the Keyspan drivers?
