Online Tutorials can no longer connect to

After activating my cutsalot 3 everthing worked fine. then as of yesterday I am no longer able to connect with online tutorials as before. It was going to the website automatically after selecting online tutorials from the Help menu.   Could someone help so that I can feel dumber than normal?  Thanks in advance

Robert,

 

I am still able to go directly to the video tutorials from within SCAL as of this morning.  Have you checked your firewall settings?  MS performed their monthly update this week and that may have had some impact on those settings.  When all else fails, do a reboot so you get a "fresh" version of windows and try again... :-\

Thanks Big Don, Shortly after posting this problem, I diagnosed and repaired the problem. I thought I had deleted this post, however I see now I did not. I can't remember exactly what I did to correct the problem, but it was similar to your cure suggestion. Thanks again.
