Clear or Transparent T shirt vinyl?

Is there such a thing? Does anyone know were to get some if it exist? I have been asked a few times.

I've seen clear regular vinyl but never t shirt vinyl. Have you?

My customers want a varnish like finish. You know like the varnish used in the imprint.
