aaron hooper 0 Posted April 17, 2012 im using flexi on a vinyl express r31 speed 200 pressure 140. im doing a say 20 stickers with just an "ML" and about 3 of every 20 will have the L cut in half and im kinda stuck. any help would be greatly apreciated. photo attached. Dr12volt1338 116 Posted April 17, 2012 I ran mine for about 6 months with a USB and wasted rolls of vinyl..... Once I went to a serial connection the only vinyl I waste is from my own doing... and 99% of the time it's because I don't weld text where the fonts overlap....
