DeonCarpenter 0 Posted May 21, 2010 I have had my Copam 2500 for about a year now. After a short learning curve I was able to get very detailed cuts with my Copam. Now many of the cuts are not lining up, leaving tiny gaps about the size of a hair usually on the outer radius of the cut; always where the start and finish of the cut come together. When weeding this pulls up the vinyl that should stay on small cuts. I originally set the offset on the Copam to 0.25mm, and 0 in the software, but over the past year I have had to reduce it. I am now cutting at 0.15mm. Any different settings and it is worse. I am using US Cutter
