Hello from a newbie and a question

Hello from north Georgia!

I am very new to vinyl cutting and just purchased a Graphtec Craft Robo CC330-L20 for personal use and gift making. I didn't see a forum for this model...I know it's probably because this is just for "crafting", but I do have a question! ;o)

Does anyone have a suggestion where a question about this machine may best be posted?

In case anyone reading here may know the answer, here is my question. all I have done so far is make the "test cut" following the instructions on the video. I placed my paper on the carrier sheet at the appropriate marks.  I had my image placed within the cutting area in the robo software. When the image cut, it cut the edge out onto the carrier mat and off of the paper. Is there a setting somewhere that should be adjusted? I'm know it's probably pretty simple, but as I said, I am very new to this!

Hello from West Virginia I am not familiar with the craft robo but from the post on here i belive that some members may have started with it so i am sure some one will offer support, you may post in one of the other threads i belive there is one for other cutters besides uscutter brands. I hope this helps
