  1. my laserpoint 24 wont lower to cut regular sticker vinyl after I cut sticky flock vinyl.
  2. I'm using the laserpoint 24" and signblazer. For the most part, the cutter made perfect cuts right out of the box. I have no issues whatsoever on large letters and such, but once I get to the medium-small designs, it's like the blade doesn't 100% connect with the line it started and I constantly have to hold down the image with the exacto-knive with the ball needle to keep it from coming up on weeding. It's not even that much to be honest, litereally just a hair. The cut lines aren't out of alignment either, they just don't fully meet It's just annoying sometimes. Is this normal? Thanks for your help.
