my mh365-mk2 does Not finish cut completely

call me a dummy but what is overcut in my software?
  2. My USCUTTER MH365-MK2 (used for home use mainly) does not completely cut the letters. It leaves a very small uncut piece so weeding is extremely hard to do. It pulls the letter by a small uncut piece. any idea's? anybody else have this problem and found a cure? thank you for you thoughts in advance..
  3. Thank you for all your help - I have it work great again thanks to your help.... I tried the super glue idea - it did not work out for me. (mabe the glue was old) then I went out and bought thin double sided tape. cut it to width of cutting strip and put under the strip in the area that was not holding down after removing old tape. worked great. I 'm a happy camper now. back to making ebay items.
  4. I have the same problem. I haven't had the model mh365 14 inch for only about 1 1/2 months. the clear plastic on top of the cutting strip was damaging when it was working. the white cutting strip was coming up on the left side. The lettering was not cutting evenly. disappointed. I only used it a few times. don't know what to do to fix it. any ideas? here is photo of the cutting strip

    hello from york, sc

thank you for all the welcome's - makes a newbie feel good
  6. I've been selling on ebay regularly . better off just using postage stamps. reason is the post office and mail person has to scan the envelope when delivered. about 30 percent don't. (my experience anyway). even if tracking says delivered and customer says they never got it you would be forced by ebay to return their money or replace. Aside that you would most likely get a negative feedback..and that affects your sales. this is only my opinion. been there-done that
