So weird - the only fonts showing when I click the dialog box are the most recently used fonts. I can't get the list with all loaded fonts. I have not made any changes to my pc or the SB software. How can I get my fonts back? Thanks! Di

Ever since I installed some new antivirus software I keep losing my connection to my cutter. I downloaded the drivers, reconnected the usb, started and still no connection. I don't know what else to try - please help! Thanks, Di

I still don't have my fonts. With the admin workaround I had them but then it wouldnt cut. I haven't needed to do a lot of letters so I haven't dealt with fixing it yet...

Yay - run as admin got my fonts back. So far I can't seem to change the security to let me get them as a user. I'm probably just rushing and missing something - I'll check out the link later tonight. Thanks so much to everyone for their help! Have a great weekend!! Di

I have a laptop but I don't really want to have to keep it set up just for the cutter. Is there another software program I could use?

Yes, they are in the sbfonts folder.

This is crazy. I uninstalled, re-booted, ran exe on the above file and STILL only 10 fonts. I looked in the files and the sbfonts has a bunch of fonts and a folder called sbkern with a few fonts in it. Is there anything in the settings that would keep me from having access? This is really cray cray.

Didn't work. I even deleted the "kern" folder. Still only shows 10 fonts, even if I type in some letters all I get is those 10 fonts.

The fonts look like they are there - in this filepath: program files/SB elements/sbfonts/sbkern. I would attach a screenshot but apparently I can't.

Yes, multiple Yuengling's were involved and apparently I should have had more. I just uninstalled/reinstalled and only have 10 fonts. WTH??? Could there be something I ticked by accident? Very frustrating....

Sorry, had orders to get out today so I just vectored the designs with the fonts. LOL I couldn't take a chance on possibly screwing the whole thing up by re-install and not getting stuff done. I'll do it tomorrow, been a long week and there's a yuengling with my name on it waiting for me! Di

Thanks - I'm not sure what you mean by reload - I closed it, rebooted and still no fonts. I copied from my program files and pasted into the SB fonts folder...still only 8 fonts. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall? Thanks

I am beyond frustrated right now so any help will be really, really appreciated as I need to have some things done by tomorrow. On Friday I spent over 2 hours on the phone with support trying to get my Laserpoint 24 back to how it used to be. I lost the original SB disc and downloaded a more recent version that did not cut the direction it showed it would and a few other weird things. Long story short - eventually it was determined that my machine is older and in the set up I had copam and they changed it to creation pcut ct 630. It seemed like everything was finally right so I cut a few yards (OUCH) of vinyl this morning and when I started weeding I now see that everything cut in mirror - and I can't even find where its telling it to do that. I'm attaching screenshots of my setup in hopes that someone can tell me what to do to get the correct settings. Thanks for any help!!! Di

So, I tried "mirror" and now it flipped it from right to left. I'm so confused.

I apologize for posting since I'm sure the answer is here somewhere, I just can't seem to find it. I got a new pc and downloaded SignBlazer Basic 6.0 and the drivers that came with it because I can't find the original install cd. I'm not sure where to start to connect the cutter and the software. I see in SB a drop down to choose the cutter but don't see LaserPoint on the list. In the LP instructions it says to choose the com port from devices...in Windows 8 I can't even get to my device manager. Any direction or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! Thanks! That worked. Another question, before I was using Sign Blazer elements (I think). With it once the cut was done I could move the vinyl out so I could cut it. Now I have to turn the machine off then on again to make it move, any suggestions? Thanks much. Di

How do I get the direction of the vinyl to match the cutter. Meaning...when I am in the software the items are going side to side, but when I go to the cutter it cuts end to end. I hope this makes sense, thanks for any help! DI

My pc died - I finally got everything hooked up and now can cut, but I'm still having a few glitches. Using Intramural font and instead of being squares on the letter edges they're rounded or non-existent. Also on the design screen the items are vertical, but when I go to cut they're horizontal. How do I make them the same? Thanks DI
