no washer machine wont tear it up once it is on its on. expensive meaning hard to make money at t shirts unless it is going on something that screen print cant be used ie motocross jeresy any jersey a quart of screen sprint is 12 bucks or so an can do a bunch of shirts heat transfer at 40 something for 10 yards gets you aprx 30 shirts and you still have to weed them and heat press them -

once it is downloaded go to file import and import it then you click on trace bit map and play with the setting in there after you get it close save it as an eps file.then import it into signblazer and use node edit to perfect your work- 12 replies

heat transfer work s fine with out heat press as long as 2 things happen the shirt or whatever it is is completly flat i normally pin it down. and you use a pretty hot iron no steam pressing it i use a temp gun to get mine hot enough use easyweed vinyl it works best this is how i started........... only downside is heat transfer is expensive compared to screen print -

okay so i have been going through so real crap lately with customers lying to me about how much they paid for there product from another company............ this guy wants 500 shirts made and tells me he only pays 600 bucks for 100 shirts.not to bad but take in account they are long sleeve with a pocket and the shirts are 6.1 oz from port and company>>>>>>>>>>>>> priced these at whole sale thats close to 8 bucks a piece thats 4k wholesale price of the t shirts alone no artwork so lets break down what he has paid for the shirts 600 dollars for 100 shirts x 5 because he wants 500 that = 3k for shirts artwork and time doing them ????? am i messed up somewhere ??? any advice should i give him a qoute is he lying is he cheap shoting me because im small

so i am probably getting an order of 500 long sleeve shirts to heat transfer that many GOOD LUCK RIGHT so i figured i would ask here to try and maximize my profit on this. I was woundering best way to go about doing this, i feel that keeping the image at 10 inch x 10 inches should still look good on the shirt so any ideas guys cpt.EPS

okay i imported the jpeg into inkscape. i then selected image and clicked trace bitmap the i hit color quantization for 2 color i then hit file save as.saved a eps and then try to import into signblazer and it wont open for the life of me i have attached the jpeg and my trace drawing-1.eps

yes a heat press i number one tool for shirt,the vinyl another need lol cant do a shirt with out those 2 items, you could iron it on then throw it in the drier for a while that helps

man wish i could print grafixs sucks i like the wrap but monster doesnt fit on a honda imo
