Hello Check your blade depth 1/2 creditcreditcard depth try 100 pressure adjust pressure up to 120 this is what i use no problems, what kind of material are you cutting?

welcome have you tried signblazer software download free and try it out i make all my graphics with it and it comes with the cutters here at us cutter cost i use my lp24 for all the # on race cars around here. Hope this helps

Welcome from Mo. to answer your question 2 layer colors you'll cut two different vinyl colors and overlay one on the other does this help? i have the LP24 and i love it easy to use no problems so far.
