#1.......why vector it?? just recreate it..those are simple shapes..#2........u dont want it in one color because it looks better in 5, but u dont want to cut 5 colors..im confused.

also if u leave the piece u want to work on in the lower left corner of workspace then resize it...it should still be in same spot

thats really kinda hard to determine...as no one knows what your time is worth, besides you. I would start at maybe a 5% discount for 500..10% for 1000 and 25% for 2500...ur pricing is fair on the 5.5 x 5.5...
