I was able to get it to work by uninstalling and re-installing SBE. I'll have to research the patch. Thank you for the replies.

Yes, the popup palette shows up when I go to configure settings, however I haven't been able to figure out what to change to be able to have it pop up with a right click!

I just installed SBE on a new computer and everything seems to be working fine, however I can no longer right click on an item to get the popup tool palette to pop up so that I can do a quick replicate or mirror etc... Does anyone know how to enable this right click feature? My right click mouse feature works in all of my other programs, so it's not the mouse... Also, is there any way to bypass the trial mode counter?! Thank you in advance for any replies. Amanda

Sounds like a faulty blade holder. A new one is on it's way I will let you all know the outcome, as this seems to be popping up in the threads quite a bit...
