  1. That's what I am looking for, but I cannot print them. Was hoping someone on here could help. Jive
  2. I have a client that needs about 1000 lawnmower keychains printed with her business name. I have looked, and I cannot find anything like these. Jive
  3. I need to letter a small bus, and am not sure what to charge. Basically I'll be putting text under the windows that will be approx 4" tall, 30 letters total, single color. I'll also be doing a simple logo on the hood, as well as some text above the windshield. Any idea of what to charge for this? This is a pic of a similar bus: http://www.flickr.com/photos/49622756@N05/4968687339/ Marc
  4. Hello! I usually buy my hats from JiffyShirts, but they are out of stock on the ones I need (navy cheapies @ $1.61 each). Anyone know anywhere else that sells a cheapie hat? Cheapest I can find is around $3 @ other sites. Thanks! Jive
  5. I purchased a Sunie swingarm cap press, and am having a major problem. There is very little clearence between the top heat platen, and the bottom pad. When I put a hat on to press, and swing the platen back over the hat, the platen hits the hat. I dont see anyway to try and press vinyl, as thd top platen would hit/move the vinyl. I found a video of another swingarm cap press that you could lift up before you pressed, but the Sunie doesnt seem to do that. I must be missing something, but for the life of my, I dont know what! Any ideas?? Jive
  6. If that will work for you my Paypal is prototype66@gmail.com.....same as my email.

    I can ship it today.

  7. I wondered if there was an easy fix. I may try that and see if it works. Jive
  8. I'm looking for a replacement cutting strip, but do not see one on the USC site. Is there another model that will fit? Thanks! Jive
  9. I did this on some shirts the other night, but instead of a teflon sheet, I just re-used the backing from the original press. Worked great, although it did leave a bit of a pattern on the vinyl that was pressed before. Not really noticable, but I may invest in teflon anyway. Jive

    My First Sticker on MH721

Paper tape does work well, especially with a lightbox and reg. marks. Another tip to make sure the image gets cut correctly, is to view it in wireframe. That way you can see everything that will be cut. Jive

Never meant to become a vinyl cutter...

I agree with all the above. My current large order of shirts is giving me the ability to order a Epson 1100 with CIS. I believe I got the order because I actually spent some extra time enhancing their logo, whereas the person they usually use just used a very basic design for their shirts. On top of that, they were paying more than I am charging them, so it's a win win. Jive

    Text doesnt get cut fully

Hmmm, I don't know then. I think mine is set @ 0.30, and it works very well. Jive
  13. I did not know that, thanks for the info. I'll keep that in mind for the next job! Jive
  14. Ah ha, never thought about that, thanks! Jive
  15. Not sure they changed it, as the one I have is the "value" press, the normal press looks like it has center pressure adjustment. Jive
