US Cutter Refine Problems

my us cutter-refine MH1352 has reset, offline and setup lights on when i turn on the plotter, these lights wont go off, when i push the reset button, nothing happens. Any Ideas?

Might be a hardware issue. Try another power cord and outlet. If this does not help, we may need to replace a part. You can email me directly for support: kenimes@uscutter.com
