Which Knifes to use

Just got a new Pcut, works great, but i get some spots on the inside of corners that look more like a tear than a cut, the knife is set at the half credit card thickness and pressure is 125 with a .025 offset ( in flexi) now can this be becuase of the 45 degree blade? do I need to use a 60 degree or something else? dosent seem to do it on larger lettering just small stuff, just trying to get this down to a science before charging customers and such. Thanks !

Some prefer a 60 degree blade for intricate cutting, but the 45's should work. Might just need to be dialed in a bit more. Try more pressure on the cutter and less blade sticking out of the holder.

you were right, i reset the blade and cleaned everything, working much better now !
