asimpleimpression 1 Posted June 12, 2007 I have a Refine MH721, purchased on 4/30/07, but I didn't even get it until a week later... had problems and didn't use it until May 10th, or so... so about a month of trying to use it... I have it connected to the COM1, and am using SignCut that came with it. I have had no communication or software problems. Just problems getting the cutting to work. Now, it looks like the center bearing support for the roller has sheared off causing the center pinch roller not to grab the vinyl. The vinyl slips since it won't hold it.
