Rob.CCG 0 Posted August 10, 2008 Since the move to the new uscutter.com help desk, there are no downloads. I cannot locate my CD, and had my primary(only) machine crash. I need the USBtoSerial drivers. Anyone know where I can snag those? Thanks Rob
firemalt 10 Posted August 10, 2008 Maybe you could "create a taicket", and see if someone will contact you?
Rob.CCG 0 Posted August 10, 2008 Good point. I may try that. I had trouble creating an account last night because of the captcha not working. Today I decided to just leave that field blank, and it allowed me to create a login. I also sent an email last night, so I will await response from that, as I don't wanna flood support with requests. I guess this is just a lesson for me to make backups of my data better.
Rob.CCG 0 Posted August 10, 2008 I found the drivers on the components manufacture's website. I should note they are in ZIP format, not the "self install" format like on the CD. When it searches for the driver, just point them to the directory where you unzipped the files. http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm There is a link just in case anyone else needs.
