I bought a pcut ctn 630.  I messed around with the setting and the blade adjustment but i just cant seem to be cutting correctly.  it cuts fine on straight runs but on curves it doesnt cut all the way thru and it seems to get wavy sometimes.

Please help

Sounds like a communication problem to me. There's no reason for it to cut in some places and not in others.  It should be even all the way around.

My first questions are always, are you on a laptop, are you using a usb cable, are you "dialed" into the correct port in signblazer and did you click the pcut option on which cutter you are using.

You may have high spots on your cutting strip. Is it not cutting through in the same locations?

Is the carriage sitting ON the tracks and not in front of the tracks?

It doesnt cut all the way thru on curves, on straight runs in cuts fine and it doesnt do it on the same spot.

Oops, you have a PCut630- Not a Refine like I assumed because this was posted in the Refine category.  :-

Set the pressure to 120 or higher on the cutter itself, and if it is cutting too deep, the blade is sticking out too far, so retract it with the blade holder end cap adjustment until it cuts just right. Do not lower the pressure below 120.
