Kysmiley 0 Posted July 26, 2008 When I cut sign vinyl everything is ok but then for heat transfer the cutter seems to tear a little of the vinyl in places while cutting and image. It cuts the text fine but the image gets torn. I even reduced the preesure a little bit it still happens I cant even see the blade protuding from the holder so i think it is up far enough. haumana 1,220 Posted July 26, 2008 is the blade snagging the vinyl? you should check that the blade is really, really clean. it probably helps to make sure that the flat surface of the blade holder when the blade protrudes is really, really clean too.
