Weekend project I did. 2 sheets of particle board and a few 2x4s.

I use pressure pot (low pressure unit) that requires only 10 to 20lbs of air pressure

and 180 grit aluminium oxide. So wood cabinet isn't a problem and cost less than $100 to make

I will post plans if anyone is interested. I used saw and straight edge most of cuts.

Nice work. I did some glasses a few years back with a sand blasting cabinet, Made some good $$ on them But I had to hand cut the designs. I have thought about getting a cabinet of my own to play with again.

I have the larger unit and it works great but it does come unassembled - when assembling I used sportsmans goop silicone on all joints as these always leak sand!!
