Sc2 pause not working

Vinylmaster pro 28sc also have a 34 surface go type c to usb cable 

Machine works fine when I send cuts

But can't adjust the pressure or speed 

The only button that work is reset 

But if you push reset and other buttons  the cutter notice like pause and enter

I will try soon to swap the button control from my other cutter to test if I need to order other controller
