Carriage Does Not Move!

Hi,

I have an MH721 Cutter/Plotter that is relatively new (3 months old). When I turn on the machine the carriage does not move left and right and does not cut the test sample. The only message the machine shows is "welcome" when I turn it on. It does not respond.

It has been working well for 3 months, but I think the carriage and the pin holder are fried. If anybody could tell me how I can fix it, especially whether I can fix it myself, I would be thankful.

Kfarhan did you find out what was wrong with your cutter? If so what was it im haveing the same problem in about the same amount of time you had yours thanks
