SignBlazer workspace is not matching cutting area on screen

I setup the workspace area to 15 inches by 20 inches, import the files, lay them out on the workspace area, leaving space for a border around the outside of the image.  When I go to cut, the image is shown off the cutting area and tile numbers are displayed.  What am I doing wrong. I don't see why I should have to tile it.  I have vinyl 15 inches wide on a roll.

In the Cutter view, you need to set the dimensions of the vinyl there as well using the setup button.
