mach9 0 Posted June 4, 2008 On my laptop at home (WinXP), I have installed/uninstalled 3 times and when I try to open the program, I get an error message something like "missing file uninstall.dat". Then, it goes into uninstall/reinstall mode. THEN, when I try to reinstall, it says it can only install in an "empty" folder. I installed it on my PC at work (shhhhhhhhh) and it works fine. Guest Terry Posted June 4, 2008 ya, it's a laptop! But go to my computer, then hard drive,then go to programs, and remove the inkscape folder. Restart computer and install a fresh copy from site. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
