the cutter stops in the middle of cutting simple text and then has to be reset.what to do?

I am having the exact same problem. Stops cutting in the middle of a simple text graphic. Just freezes right there. Display is blank. Progress bar on computer gone, like it's done.

For Flexi, make sure you are using the Roland PNC-1000 driver for your MH721 cutter.

And for brayz....which graphics program are you using to create the text? SignCut is strictly a cutting program and the text feature is not meant to be used in place of a graphics program.
