Have had more problems!!!!!!

Have replace 2 motherboards, 1 power supply, and now I need a new LCD, I have bought the cutter on Jan 20 and have on been able to cut one thing as of today Apr 6th. I have paid extra for air delivery and the have mailed parts ground making me wait even longer when I would take care of add costs. I have still not recived my software that is garbage anyway and to top it all off they gave me a unpurchased item strike on ebay after I bought the cutter! Thanks Selltopia and US cutter! If you have the choice buy a roland or a graphtec, I have used alot of machines and this is a Chinesse nightmare!! :'(
