what am i doing wrong?

i have the plotter all set up. i have run a few test cuts and it seems to be running fine. my problem is i cant seem to get anything to send to the plotter. im using the parallel port, and i have the port mode set to ECP.  the program im attemping to use is signblazer, ive also tries sign tools 3 for corel draw and it too dosent work. theres got to be somthing that im missing. any help would be greatly apreatiated.

in the signblazer setup. I have 4 lpt ports listed. If you do too,try each one until one works. If none do...back to square one.
