I have been tring to get ahold of Ken for the last couple days. You sent a new mother board for my 2500 but it has not fixed the problem.. I have been out of business for about 5 days now and having to give refunds on my jobs. I need to find out why my plotter has died in less than 2 months of owning it. If you can call me ASAP it would help so much.. THanks

Had you on the phone earlier, sorry for the delay. Got you going with the Parallel connection, but would still like to know if a different USB to Serial cable would help.
