Need help recreating/modifying logo

Can someone help me recreate this logo the one diff is I want it to be 455 instead of 454  thanks i've been haveing a hard time with this one

Here it is vectored, now just cut the 4 out and copy and paste the 5 back in.

Oh, if you can't do it... Just cut the graphic twice and use the 5.

Thank you so much. Ya taking out the extra 4 and copying the 5 in its place was no problem at all
